Non few abnormalities are demonstrated within the visualized portions of the anterior, middle and posterior cranial fossae. Some fluid is noted in the right mastoid air cells. I had a mastoiditis back in the 70 s why would there be fluid there? Is the growth of the meningioma anything to worry about? Also have a rather cleft cyst that increased minimal size
