General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

This feeling of sloshing etc in the head is likely due to abnormal heart rhythm which may be causing such symptoms. Rarely xeralto can cause over thinning of blood which may cause blood to spill out of the blood vessel but since no neurological symptoms are experienced it's less likely to be the cause. Also monitor blood pressure regularly.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
