What Causes Fluid Retention In Feet And Ankles Along With Tightness In The Face?

I am having lots of fluid retention all over and most noticeable in my feet and ankles. My face also feels tight. I had blood work done this spring and was told I was full menopause( I m 44) and haven t had a period in 12 months until last week. It is over but since then I have been experiencing this. Could it me related to hormones or should I be concerned about something else. Diet and Exercise has not changed. Thank you.
