What Causes Fluid Retention In Legs And Hands With Increased Pulse?

My pulse pressure has increased by twice in a matter 10 months I recently entered hospital for a fluid increase of 10 kilos in a 7 day period I had odema from my feet to my knees From my elbows to my hands They gave me an echocardiograph and found nothing wrong I still continue to retain fluid and have waves of serious systematic like collapse about five times a day

question and I understand your concern.
Edema from feet to knee and elbows to hands
has many causes
1. Nephrotic syndrome due to
protein loss through kidneys
2. Protein losing enteropathy
3. Chronic liver disease
4. Heart failure
5. lymphatic obstruction
It is not just heart problem that is culprit for this.
I would like to advise you some investigations in order to reach at diagnosis.
Full blood count, fasting lipid profile, Ultrasound abdomen, Detailed urine R/E report, 24 hours urinary protein, stool R/E.
Do the above investigations and let your doctor see the report.
