General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hi,
The flushing of face at the particular time can be due to extreme psychological stress like anxiety, anger. May be you are in an unpleasant situation at the time. Try to manage the thing. It also can be extreme temperatures you are exposed like very hot or cold. You have to face at the time. It can suggest hyperthyroidism. If it's ruled out with everything else you already have checked, consider it non-specific.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Sunny Madar, General & Family Physician
