Good Morning, I was diagnosed with Gastritis and Acid Reflux which comes and goes however, I have noticed a fluttered throat after I had some severe allergies symptoms along with Larengitis. I have never experienced shaky throat before. Can that be part of the diagnosis or dislocated disk? Lisa
Fluttered throat what I understand is you feel something moving in - is not a sign of dislocated disk.
Your present problem could be due to reflux. General advise:
1. Avoid hot & spicy food
2. Take small but frequent food or beverages at least two hours apart
3. drink more & frequent water
4. avoid bending or leaning forward after having food.
5. don't sleep straightaway following food, rather take a walk at least for half an hour or so
6. Gargle with warm saline water.
7. Have some aerated drink like soda water.
Next Step
1. get proper medication to alleviate acid reflux
2. get proper diagnosis if no relief
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
