What Causes Fluttering Sensation In Chest, Mild Headache And Nausea?
Hi, I am a fairly healthy 49 year old woman who has been feeling fluttering feelings in my chest over the past 24 hours. I also have a slight dull headache. I am not having any chest pain, nausea, sweating etc. I also am not having a panic attack. The fluttering feeling is more interesting than painful, no pain at all. Any ideas?

I think you firstly can check your blood pressure and heart rate.
Elevated blood pressure may be a cause.
Also stomach or muscle pain may be a cause.
