Fluttering sensation in heart and feeling dizziness is caused due to irregular cardiac activity and could be due to problem associated with thyroid gland called 'hyperthyroidism'.
Kindly get your thyroid profile - free T3, free T4 and TSH levels tested to know your thyroid gland status and consult Physician for appropriate management.
