What Causes Fluttering Sensation In The Lower Abdominal Area?

Hello I have 2 kids and my youngest is 5 years old I got the coils in my tubes when he was 6 months old and never got them checked now I m feeling fluttering in my lower stomach area is it possible to still pregnant? I just had my period like a week ago
