What Causes Fluttering Sensation In The Throat And Pressure In The Head?

I have recently been told that my Vitamin D level is 14, and I also suffer from anxiety.Recently I have started having a flutter feeling in my throat (very spontaneous), tightness in my face muscles, and a shooting pain or tightness in my head that comes and goes. There have done a complete work up on my heart and said it looks great. Can this issues be caused from the vitamin D or the anxiety?

This presentation is more of generalized anxiety and do elaborate if u have above mentioned complaints in a particular situation / stressful situation

Do you also feel low and a constant preoccupation by thoughts of being ill or having some sort of illness.
And if yes what besides Vitamin D deficiency.
Do you often feel easily tired with lack of interest at work/activities.
