What Causes Fluttering Sensation Under The Right Rib Cage While Coughing?
I have had a weird fluttering under my right rib cage for two weeks after I cough or laugh. I saw the doctor and they said it could be muscles spasms. If they are why would it just start. Or can it be something else maybe? Should I get a second opinion?

Muscles flutter when stimulated. Cough tugs on the muscles in the lungs.
Cannot say in your particular case, and colds and cold medications also often cause (minor, not serious) heart fluttering. These can usually be differentiated by how deep they are.
