What Causes Flutters In Stomach After Double Mastectomy And Reconstructive Surgery?

I am experiencing flutters and kickling over the past 8 hrs. Had a tubal 10 yrs ago. Double mastectomy and reconstructive surgery. 3.5 years on tamoxifen. Surely I cant be pregnant right? At times the movements are really strong but not painful. My sister thinks its a parasite.
