As per your query you have chest pain along with flutters in my chest . Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to may reasons like angina , other cardiac problem , muscle spam , chest infection , viral infection , periocarditis , liver problem or acid reflux . I would suggest you to consult cardiologits for proper evaluation of the condition . Doctor may order ECG , TMT and complete blood tests . Doctor may also order angiography sometimes . Doctor may prescribe beta blockers , calcium channel blockers and nitroglycerine . Doctor may also refer you to chest specialist or gastroenterologist . For now take proper rest , avoid eating spicy and heavy food and take antacid after every meal .
