General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible that the alcohol use caused gastritis which is inflammation/irritation of the stomach, this would cause nausea and vomiting.

The diarrhea may be related to the meal used prior to the alcohol. It is possible that you may have food poisoning.

You would need to rest your stomach and bowels from solid food till there is a 4 hour window with no symptoms.
No alcohol intake as well during this time and it would be best to reduce it in general to prevent any further damage to the stomach.

Using probiotics may help the diarrhea.

There are also medications such as peptobismol that may help.

I hope this helps
