What Causes Foamy Stool For A 5-year-old?

Two weeks ago my 5 year old son had what I call foamy poop.He had it for a day with no other symtoms.Then everything was fine until two nights ago when he had mucus and foam poop and we would have to change his pants throughout the day yesterday because of clear jelly like stuff .....today all day he was fine until tonight he again tooted and he had foam (fish smelling) poop.nothing is hurting he says and he has been playing and eating.could this be a bacteria?

might be having amoebiosis. maintain hydration give probiotic and as medication can give metrogyl suspension.the child will be normal. maintain hygiene and sanitation. clean the vegetable have repeated wash in fresh water before cooking. avoid food from outside.maintain cleanliness of kitchen
