Temporomandibular joint causes nerve pain. TMJ disk and the mandibular nerve may causes onset of neuropathic pain in patients. Patients with temporomandibular joint disorders may present with joint dysfunction and additional orofacial complaints. Numbness is indicative of developing peripheral neuropathy. Get nerve conduction and imaging tests done to detect neuropathy.
Dizziness and co ordination problems are commonly caused by vertigo. You are suggested to get clinically examined by an ENT, get all tests done including audiometry. Do not drive by yourself and avoid doing heavy work or exercises. Get treated at the earliest.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
