What Causes For Headache And Cortical And Subcortical Hypodensity In The Brain?
CTs revealed that my brother has cortical and subcortical hypo_density in the right side of the brain , he suffers from severe headache on the back of his head, severe hypotension and he faints a lot. Would you please help diagnosing this case? Thanks in advance

I really appreciate your concern, CT finding is not suggestive of any cerebral pathology, hypotension should have some obvious reasons and it can not happens it self, fluid loss, starvations, spinal disease these are the causes that could cause hypotension which demands the immediate attention, here the headache could be due to migraine hope this information helps.
