What Causes Formation Of White Crust At Middle Of Nose?

Hi.I have white crust middle side of nose.Fungal test negtive. AFB negative Saline irrigation also no use.But I took fluconazole tab for three days.And candid lotion in nose with ear bud.But still white crust.Already I took iv metris bd for three days,No change
