What Causes Foul Body Odor After A Gallbladder Removal Surgery?

Dear Doctor, My father had gallbladder removal surgery last month (10/06/2017) and since then he is having strange body odour and he wants to get rid of it. Wherever he moves in the house, it start smelling. What is the reason behind this bad smell and is it problematic for his health?

Gall bladder helps in fat digestion, but after surgery it's work is done by liver which is overburdened so it get drained into the intestines hence due to increased fat it can cause this foul smell, however exact reason to it not known so try to avoid eating fatty foods.
