What Causes Foul Body Odor After Gallbladder Removal?
Good evening I had my gall bladder removed 15 months ago (open). First I noticed I had a stange body odor but no one else agreed. Now I have grey colored poop, dark and smelly urine. My skin and hair is sooo very dry/ I live in Florida and out humidity is way up there right now. Eating less fatty foods does seem to help with the greyish stool.

As per my clinical experience, the issue of altered poop and urine color are related to bile drainage system disturbances after surgery. Body odor issues are from bile problems only.
I recommend to discuss the need of an MRI or CT scan of the abdomen for best possible diagnosis.
