Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
For the past few days my bms have been smelling extremely different! The best way I can describe it is like a pungent/burning smell like burnt nuts or hair or sometimes like hot mustard. I do have a history of Ibs but have not had any symptoms in a few months. I have been on a diet for the last 6 weeks but have not eaten anything out of the ordinary, just less. Should I be concerned?
Foul body odor due to intake of garlic or onion heavy or phenylketonuria or aminoaciduria or excessive sweating with bacterial overgrowth or Hormonal imbalance, etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.
Take a bath two times in a day. Use antiperspirants with dusting powder. I'm symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu,
