What Causes Foul Mouth Taste, Stomach Pain One Month After Head Injury?

I had a concussion on back of my head 4 weeks ago. CT scan showed a small amount of blood in brain. Did not have surgery - had a big swelling, but head did not bleed and swelling has gone way down. I did hair coloring yesterday but stayed off of the specific swelling part of my head. Now I have stomach pain and awful mouth taste again which had 2 weeks ago. Would hair dye have done this?

Symptoms are suggestive of gastritis probably as a side effect of your medications. An antacid will relieve your symptoms.
