What Causes Foul Odor In Nose After Nasal Irrigation?
I have had sinus problems all my life. I recently started to do frequent saline nasal irrigation. I can now breath much better and I can feel my sinuses draining down the back of my throat after I do the irrigation. The only downside is that my wife has noticed a bad odor coming from my nose. I can t smell it but she can. Any advice? Is this temporary?

Chronic sinuistis , bad oral condition may result in foul smell. Cleansing the nose with lukewarm saline water is good and even you can rinse mouth with antiseptic mouth wash. Brush two times a day. If the problem persists , consult an ENT doctor.
