General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

A congested nose can be the cause of bad smell from it. I think you may have allergic rhinitis or sinusitis which make you have the bad smell. Treating these conditions can improve your symptoms.

Take antihistamines and decongestants such pseudoephedrine or phenylephrine for it.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
