What Causes Foul Odoured Urine Along With Fatigue?

I have had strong foul smelling urine for some time now and no matter how much water I drink it doesn t change. I am very fatigued. I don t seem to have UTI symptoms and I had a physical about 6 months ago and all labs look normal. I have had my thyroid removed due to thyroid cancer but me labs are where my dr wants them. What could be causing this?
