What Causes Foul Smell And Brown Color Discharge From Vagina?

Hi I have a foul smell like rotten flesh coming from my vagina. It gets worse when I have inter course with my partner. I am also bleeding and getting brown/orange colour bloody discharge. It has been about a week. I am overweight and suffer from pcos. What is it likely to be and how to treat it.

You seem to be suffering from vaginal candidiasis. If I were your treating physician I would recommend an oral course of tab. Fluconazole once daily or vaginal clotrimazole cream.
I would strongly recommend that you consult a gynaecologist for this problem as this medicine can have side effects and the dosage has to be monitored carefully.
