What Causes Foul Smell And Cloudy Discharge From Penis?

Hi my name is Chuck and for the past week my penis has been stinging and releasing a cloudy discharge, I haven't had sex in two weeks but recently I had oral,I googled it and it could be irritation,infection,caused from masturbation constantly,or stds I have no insurance and I need help please.
