What Causes Foul Smell Coming From Intergluteal Cleft Area?

I have a damp upper glute area - just a little bit downwards. There is a smell associated with it and i have a sore there. I also seem to be having smelly vaginal discharge that reminds me of fish. I am sexually active but not more than once or twice a week. What could these be?

Well come to HCM
Looking to the history given here such symptoms could be due to "Trichomonas vaginalis " and this can be well treated with the medicine given below
1) Tab Tinidazole 700 mg twice in day for 5 days
2) Povidone Iodine vaginal suppository
keep the area clean take care for good hygiene, hope this information helps, take care.
