Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern....

As per your complain it seems that you have infection in the gums which leads to inflammation as well as bad smell in the mouth..
There must be deposit of plaque and tartar over the teeth and when the brushing technique is not proper or you do not brush your teeth daily the deposits keeps on increasing as well as they get calcified forming Calculus and the bacterial growth keeps increasing leading to pus formation in the gums leading to bad breath, gums might swell and there can also be pain although everyone do not have all the symptoms..

You need to consult a dentist and get evaluated and in case of infection in gums Scaling that is professional cleaning of teeth is done to remove all the deposits over the teeth followed by antibiotics [amoxicillin and metronidazole] and gum paints..
Take a chewable Vitamin C tablet daily for 15 days..
Use a soft toothbrush to brush your teeth..
Ask the dentist to demonstrate a correct brushing technique and brush your teeth accordingly to remove maximum deposits from the teeth..
Use of antimicrobial mouthwash and flossing the teeth will further help..

Hope this information helps..
