What Causes Foul Smelling And Sticky Urethral Discharge?

Hey so I ve had this weird smelly sticky stuff come out of my private area for almost 5 years now and I have to wear pads all the time or it s messy. Just today I got a bad rash in that area. This sounds kinda serious what do u think it is and what should I do? And btw I have never been sexually active idk if that helps but yeah
