Hi really need some answers here I m panicking for the last few periods I have noticed my tampons really smell so bad and toward the end of menstrating the tampon smells of urine why is this I recently had my left fallopian tube and cysts removed could this be related

Hi, I think you can be having some urine infections and vaginal infection also. Get yourself examined by a gynecologist. Get a urine routine and microscopy and a culture done. Drink lot of water and take some urine alkaliser. You may need some antibiotics also. It may be related to the operation. But it can be confirmed only after examination.
