What Causes Foul Smelling Odor From The Underarms?

Hi I have a niece that has a problem with her underarm letting off a really awful odor. She has gone to her doctor for help and was only giving some cream that is extremely too strong for her skin. Do you know what she could do for assistant in this matter?? Pls help

Hello,

As per your clinical history, is concerned please follow like this -
-Use [Clotrimazole Powered] under the arm and discuss prescription medication like [Fluconazole] orally.
Do follow lifestyle modification like this -
1) Try to clean the area with [hydrogen peroxide] solution to prevent bacterial infection and apply antiperspirant or deodorant at bedtime.
2) Try to avoid fatty foods, or strong-smelling foods such as garlic, curry, and onions etcetera.
3) Try to shave underarm hairs and keep the area dry.
