I am diabetic and I have had the gastric by pass which has managed my diabetes....my a1c is great now,but i have smelly bowel and bouts of diaharea and my co workers are complaining at work and being very insensitive..it is really affecting me to the point that I ask my supervisor to remove me from this envirnment which is a doctors office...they are making me feel guilty and embarressed about this medical condition
