Hello - my daughter has very foul smelling thick poop. It started when she was about 2 or 3 months old. She can go up to 10 days without pooping...my pedi keeps saying that it s normal for a BF baby to not poop everyday because they absorb the milk. She is constipated a lot and I ve had to give her suppositories to help her out. I just feel very uneasy about her infrequent poops, the smell and the texture. Should I be concerned? Some time when she s really backed up she seems to throw up more. Please help!
