What Causes Foul Smelling Urination?

ok i have dark foul smelling pee and when i have incourse with men i smell fish smell afterwards but when i take a bath nothing no smell when check until i use the bathroom i was have a discharge thats not that bad just a lil fishy smell afterwards of me using the bathroom i do drink water not taking pills

urine analysis should be done. if indicated culture and sensitivity test should be done. drink more water and take alcasolsyruptwotimes daily. this does not have any clinical relevance may be psychological. take counseling from clinical psychologist.if culture and sensitivity testis positive and most sensitive and effective antibiotic can betaken.
