What Causes Foul Smelling Urination?

hi, I really don t know how TO ASK THIS, SO IM GOING TO JUST BE BLUNT!.. MY YRINE STICKS, I MEAN IT HAS A VERY FOUL SMELL, AND ON TOP OF THAT IVE HAD REALLY SEVERE KIDNEY INFECTIONS FOR THE PAST 10 YRS OR SO, TO WHERE I WAS HOPSPITIZED EVERYTIME I WENT TO THE ER, BC THE PAIN WAS JUST UNBEARABLE.. AND HERE LATLY IVE HAD SOME PRETTY SEVER PAINS IN MY LOWER BACK TO WEAR, I CAN HARDLY STAND UP STRAIGHT, SO MY QUESTION IS DO U THINK THAT MY KIDNEY, OR KIDNEYS ARE WHATS CAUSING IT?
