male lupus patient, 71, with other health issues being monitored by specialists. presenting with recent symptoms: foul smelling urine, extreme fatigue, very high level of B12 in blood, back pain. no fever, no chills, no sweating, good appetite, no change in weight. (two minor strokes two years ago, afib, loss of hearing in one ear, some kidney damage, neuropathy in one leg, urinary incontinence, sleep apnea, gerd, and initial loss of control of one leg from strokes all brought on from lupus which was just diagnosed two years ago.)
