What Causes Foul Smelling Urine While On Nexplanon?
I have the Nexplanon, the birth control under your arm by your armpit. I ve noticed my urine has a strong smell and had been like this for a while. My birth control is expiring next month and I just can t take how strong my pee is? Is it the birth control or is there something else wrong. I ve been known to get UTI frequently but I don t think this is it. I know when I have one and this just seems so different and it s not a change in color or dehydration. I have 2 children both cesarean. My youngest just turned 3 could that be it? I mean I haven t noticed the strong smell that long but it has been quite a bit of time. I just thought maybe something I ate but nothing is fixing this problem..

It could be urinary tract infection. Consult a physician and do a urine culture and sensitivity test and start antibiotics according to culture studies.
