What Causes Foul Smelling Urine?
hi, my urine smells not like urine should. when i urinate i dont seem to completly empty my bladder fully. I am not sleeping properly at all, i can urinate every hr . I may have 2-3 decent urinations a day . Do you think this is bladder or kidney related I am an active 75yr lady . thanks for your time YYYY@YYYY

Inability to empty bladder complete accompanied by bad odor in urine could be due to urine retention and urine infection. I suggest you to consult your urologist for clinical assessment and also get routine urine examination and urine culture. Urine culture will identify the causative organism and also the drug sensitive against the bacteria.
