What Causes Foul Smelling Urine?

Hi. I have recently undergone a large amount of stress in my life. However, apart from the stress nothing much has changed in my life. In the past couple of weeks, I have found my urine to smell strong and found myself being constipated. I thought I would let it pass but it s been a few weeks now and I am becoming concerned. Are you able to help me with this?

I had gone through the question and understand your concern.
See , there are many reasons for a foul smelling urine. But most common would be urinary tract infection (UTI).
Also i would like to know that whether you have burning sensation while passing urine or not and how much water do you daily drink (because dehydration can be the problem sometimes).
If i were your treating doctor , i would have prescribed you an antibiotic (norflox-tz , UTI , if you are suffering from it) , urine alkaliser (syrup cital) , capsule omeprazole , and syrup cremaffin for your constipation.
