What Causes Foul Smelling Vaginal Discharge Post Intercourse?
Hi There, I have a very foul smelling discharge (smells identical to my bowel) coming from my vagina and is was a sudden onset of it during sex. It happened when he actually got to deep and it hurt me and the smell is absolutely horrible. I am so embarrassed but need help!

Foul smelling vaginal discharge post intercourse is commonly due to BV, trichomoniasis, a sexually transmitted infection (STI) also causes foul fishy discharge vaginally. Nerve damage or injury to your anal sphincter can increase your chances of pooping during sex and that may cause foul smell identical to the bowels. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a gynecologist. Get a vaginal examination and a rectal examination done to detect any tear or injury. You may need urgent repair.
In the meantime, avoid sex for a couple of days. Take STD tests done, if tests are positive you will be treated with antivirals and antibiotics. Take care of your hygiene. Wear cotton clothes and do not douche or use any type of perfumed products.
