What Causes Foul Vaginal Odor During Pregnancy?

Hello. I m having a foul fishy vaginal odor at 38 weeks pregnant. I showered last night and woke up this morning with my underwear slightly damp and a that foul odor. I washed my body and put clean underwear on and noticed again that it still smells fishy. What could this be ?

Hi, I think it can be cervical mucus discharge or may be some vaginal infection. Get yourself evaluated by a gynecologist.. Get a pelvic examination done. If there is excess discharge or blood mixed discharge, it can be an indication of labour.
