What Causes Foul Vaginal Odor?
I am a 45 yof and seem to be experiencing a vaginal scent that is concerning to me. It is not due to unsanitary hygiene but it smells like old blood. I have an IUD and when I check monthly to feel for the strings I can do so but it seems like I am starting to feel a lump or a growth. Could the two be related?

1) Do a physical clinical exam to ruled out any growth present
2) Take Pancef with probiotics lactobacillus
3) Take Flagyl
4) Take [3-NITE vag supp]
5) After finishing all medications do a PAP TEST
