What Causes Foul Vaginal Odour?

For two year now I ve been back and forth to the doctor trying to figure out why i have an vaginal odor that smells like fart .I ve been giving medicine and shots and the smell it goes away while im taking the antibiotics but once their gone the smell comes back .i need help understanding what s going on with me

Hi, I think you are having some vaginal infection. Get a pelvic examination done by a gynecologist. you may need some antibiotics and antifungal drugs also. A vaginal pessary of antibiotics and antifungal drugs may be needed.
