What Causes Foul Vaginal Odour?

I have an foul chemical type of smell coming from my vaginal area and any type of penetration is painful. Often there is a white discharge as well. Every now and then I will feel pain in my pelvic region. I know I don t have an STD because I ve been tested. This has been going on for almost a year and I am scared to get help because I am 17 and my mom would kill me if she knew I ve had sex. I am terrified this will prevent me from having kids one day. I worry about this everyday and don t know what to do. Please help

Hi I think you can be having pelvic inflammatory disease caused by chlamydia or gonorrhea or fungal imfection. Get a pelvic examination done by a gynecologist. You may need some antibiotic and antifungal drugs orally as well as vaginal to treat that. Hope it helps.
