What Causes Foul Vaginal Odour?
I m 65, female. Not sexually active. Unpleasant odor in the genital area, regardless of how often I shower or wash. Have fibromyalgia and cancer that has been responding to treatment for three years. What could be causing this? I have no vaginal discharge.

It could be Fungal infection. I advise you to please go to a gynecologist and get it examined. Weak immune system makes you prone to such fungal infections. Don't worry, you will be fine with anti-fungal therapy.
