What Causes Fracture In Toe Along With Shoulder Pain?
hi I broke my forth toe two days ago , have it buddy taped told to rest ice and elevate it. As I m unable to weight bare should I use crutches. I wasn t given any so I ve been hoping everywhere. I have since hurt by shoulder from trying to stop my self falling. sj

Apply ice to the painful regions. Get an Xray of the shoulder. Avoid overhead activities and lifting weights.
