What Causes Freckles Like Spots On Hand?
Overnight, there were many small spots of freckles (about 50) like developed on my right hand and only about 10 of them on my left hand. Should I be concern about them. Today, more freckles outbreak on my right arm. I didn t apply anything new on my skin. I didn t change any routine. Only thing I can think of which might not be related was that I exerted a lot of strength using my hands dragging something on the morning the freckles appeared. Please advise.
