What Causes Frenulem To Tighten?

Hi i'm 15 and I think I may have a frenulem breve, I am uncircumcised and used to be able to retract my foreskin but about 6 months ago, I couldn't and haven't taken much notice of it. But now ive noticed that my Frenulem is really tight what should I do?
