What Causes Frequent And Painful Urination?
My daughter, 15 yrs old, has had pain and feeling like she needs to urinate frequently - general UTI-like symptoms - for over a week. She had a negative urine culture on Monday, but symptoms were worse again today. She had another negative urine culture today. What are other possible diagnoses for these symptoms?

It seems that she might be having chronic urinary tract infection.
Taking antibiotic medicines might give negative urine culture.
Go for one long antibiotic medicine course for long time.
Give her plenty of water.
Advice her to keep her local genital hygiene clean, dry and hygienic.
